The time is now. The sun is high. It’s Build-Outs season, baby—and we’re back with another incredible series for Summer 2025.
Submissions are now open for the 2025 season of Build-Outs of Coffee. This feature series is a beloved annual tradition here at Sprudge, featuring new cafes recently opened or under construction all around the world. We love brick and mortars, we love mobile carts, we love remodels, we love it all.
It’s all about the Build-Outs, and we’re here for it big time.
Entries are now open, and the series will kick-off (as per tradition) following Memorial Day Weekend. We’ll run fresh Builds from all around the world through September—can we break the record this year for the most new cafes featured on the site? Only time will tell.
For this year’s series, we’re accepting build-out submissions for new cafes that opened at any point in 2025. We are also accepting submissions for cafes presently under construction, with plans to open at any point in 2025. Entries are welcome from any corner of the earth, big cities and small towns, mobile units and bricks-and-mortars, and all point in-between.
