St. Louis, MO December 29, 2025 – Following a sold-out inaugural year, STLCoffeeFest returns in 2026 with an expanded, two-day celebration of St. Louis’s coffee community. The festival will take place February 28 and March 1 at 18Rails at City Foundry STL, welcoming coffee lovers for an immersive tasting and educational experience featuring the region’s top roasters, cafés, and makers. “STLCoffeeFest is coffee heaven, with something to taste, learn, and explore at every turn,” says Bonnie Mann, founder and producer of STLCoffeeFest.

New this year, STLCoffeeFest expands to include an additional day to meet growing demand and introduces “How-To” sessions designed to teach attendees how to brew better coffee at home. Throughout the weekend, guests can sample a wide range of local roasts, meet roasters and baristas, and participate in small-group, hands-on classes led by industry experts.

“Join us as we turn the best part of the day into an all-day, immersive coffee experience,” Mann explains. Launched as St. Louis’ first immersive coffee tasting festival in 2025, STLCoffeeFest was created to spotlight the region’s vibrant specialty coffee scene while making coffee culture approachable, fun, and engaging. The inaugural event attracted nearly 1,000 attendees and quickly established itself as a must-attend experience for the local coffee community.

Designed for everyone from casual coffee drinkers to seasoned espresso enthusiasts, STLCoffeeFest offers a full-sensory experience, including:

• Sample St. Louis’ Hottest Beans: Taste an impressive lineup of coffees (including decaf!) from the region’s leading roasters and coffee shops.
• Meet the Makers: Connect directly with roasters, baristas, and innovators shaping St. Louis coffee.
• Attend Engaging Workshops: Discover where the coffee industry stands today, where it’s heading next, and get insider guidance in a special session designed for aspiring café owners.
• (New this year:) “How-To” Demo Sessions: Learn simple techniques for better brewing at home.
• Learn from the Pros: Gain practical skills through small, hands-on classes with local baristas.
• Savor Local Treats: Indulge in coffee-inspired bites and complementary fare from local bakeries and makers.
• Sip Coffee-Forward Spirits: Enjoy coffee-infused spirits made by local producers.
• Shop Local: Take home freshly roasted beans, specialty foods, and coffee-themed merchandise.
