Built on the Kony Sg weight-based platform, the light commercial grinder combines a new powerful asynchronous motor with a professional built in load cell, all wrapped up in a new sleek design.
Compact, smart and cost efficient, Mini g streamlines the grinding workflow while minimizing coffee waste. It automatically maintains the set dose weight regardless of the grind setting, saving both coffee and time.
“With the Mini g, we are extending our weight-based technology to one of the most iconic grinders of the Mazzer line, a grinder with 30 years of history” says Luigi Mazzer, Vice president at Mazzer Luigi Spa. “Mini g is a further step in our commitment to innovation.”
Key Highlights
- Vibration Filtering Algorithm to get constant weight-based doses even in case of vibrations on the counter.
- Professional built-in scale with real-time feedback.
- Portafilter and magnetic dosing cup activation for hands-free grinding.
- Tailor-made asynchronous motor to boost grinding speed.
- Additional set of optional special steel 64mm flat burrs particularly suited for medium-light roasted coffees.
The new Mini (time-based) will be available in Europe in Q3 2025, with global rollout plans to follow in Q4. Mini g (weight-based) will be available for purchase starting from Q4 2025.
