The summer of 2022 is coming mercifully to an end, and so with it comes the end of the Build-Outs of Coffee, our annual series featuring new and revamped cafes from around the globe. It’s been a hot one this summer, scorching even, but perhaps the other thing higher in Fahrenheit (or Celsius if that’s your thing) has been this year’s roster of builds. We’ve seen so many breathtaking, show-stopping cafes across multiple continents that we’re frankly a little hot under the collar.
