Philadelphia – we’ve been lovingly working on a Sprudge Guide to your wonderful world of cafes. We want this guide to be epic, so we’re coming back for a return trip…starting tonight!
Philadelphia – in the meantime, there are two fantastic guides to your city that dropped in the past few months. NYT writer Oliver Strand visited for his online “Ristretto” column and discovered drag queens, Jim Beam, and “an energetic scene thriving outside the gravitational pull of the hometown giant La Colombe Torrefaction.” Meanwhile, over at the Serious Eats “Serious Drinks” blog, Liz Clayton snaps and sips choice shots around town, declaring that Philly “has come into its foamy own.” These guides are great, and ours will surely suck in comparison! Oh well!
