Each year, we come to you the readers to ask for nominations for the Sprudge Twenty, our annual initiative to honor and amplify extraordinary individuals in the global specialty coffee community, and this year is no different. For 2022, our third year of the Sprudge Twenty presented in partnership with Pacific Barista Series, we’ve come to you seeking the mentors and leaders, strivers and game-changers, baristas and farmers, traders and teachers, entrepreneurs, and original voices in the field of coffee who you feel the world needs to know about.
The responses we’ve received thus far have been overwhelming, and thus we have decided to extend the deadline by a week as new nominations continue to roll in. The new deadline for all potential honorees is Sunday, March 6th at 11:59PM PST.

Nominations can be submitted in any language, in the form of an original essay, audio nomination, or video recording, so that there is no barrier to submissionโthe entire process is open and free, in partnership withย Pacific Barista Series.
