It’s Pride Month in the United States of America. (Unless you’re in Tacoma, Washington, where Pride happens in July.) In fact, Pride is celebrated in different months and days all across the world—if you’re me, it’s Pride Month every month.

But in Santa Barbara, California, they’re celebrating Pride in a particularly delicious way. Our partners at Dune Coffee Roasters have teamed up with Pacific Pride Foundation for a charitable special release—looking good, doing good, and tasting even better.

The gorgeous offering is designed by the team at Pacific Pride Foundation. “Based in our hometown of Santa Barbara, their mission is to use advocacy and education to meet the ongoing and emerging needs of a diverse population in order to create a thriving and visible LGBTQ+ community and to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS,” explains the folks at Dune. “We are so proud to partner with them!”

The design features two illustrated hands embracing with a vibrant, colorful background. The label is on Dune’s gorgeous white packaging with their logo in gold foil. It’s classy, it’s sassy, it’s a not-unsubtle celebration of Pacific Pride’s mission and Dune’s delicious approach to coffee roasting, all wrapped up in a cute little package.

“We always prioritize supporting local organizations. Not only is Pacific Pride Foundation based in Santa Barbara – their offices are not even a block away from one of our cafes,” Dune tells Sprudge.

The offering is Dune’s signature Zip Zinger blend, a versatile coffee developed “to enjoy as an espresso or as a brewed coffee.” What’s behind the name? “We named this coffee for the iconic skateboard designed by Mark Gonzales, who inspires us to be creative and have fun each day.”

Currently, Zip Zinger is comprised of 25% Colombia Cauca, 25% Ethiopia Aricha, and 50% Honduras Ojojona.

Get your hands on a bag in stores or online — the Pacific Pride Foundation Blend is available now at $15.50 / 10oz bag!
