Pachamama Coffee out of Sacramento, California released its new seasonal menu for Spring. The menu was designed by Operations Manager Lena Kondryuk and Chief Retail Officer Cruz Conrad. “We release a new seasonal menu every quarter to stay connected with the ingredients and flavors of each time of year,” says Conrad.
The pair landed on five distinct seasonal offerings: espresso-based Olive Oil Lattes, Lavender Lattes, Cardamom Rose Lattes, and the tea-forward Strawberry Matcha, and a Pandan Matcha. Pachamama Coffee’s seasonal drinks employ house made syrups and locally-sourced ingredients.

Who helped create this excellent spring menu?
Our seasonal menu is a collaborative effort between myself and Lena. We draw inspiration from across the coffee and culinary industries, always with an eye toward creating drinks that feel fresh, balanced, and rooted in seasonality. Every element is designed to enhance the coffee or tea experience in an intentional, memorable way.
What coffee do you use for espresso-based beverages?
We use our Five Sisters espresso blend, which is a signature offering at Pachamama. It honors the five founding farming cooperatives that own our company, with beans sourced from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru. The result is a rich, chocolatey, well-rounded espresso with just a touch of fruit—perfect as a foundation for both traditional and seasonal drinks.
What kind of olive oil is used for the Olive Oil Latte?
The Olive Oil Latte features extra-virgin olive oil from The Farm at Doyle’s End, a regenerative agriculture project in Dixon, California, operated by Matt Wilke. With our roots in Davis and home base in Sacramento, we’re deeply committed to the farm-to-fork movement. Supporting local farms and highlighting quality ingredients like this one is part of who we are.
How long will the drinks be available?
This menu will be available through June, with our summer offerings launching shortly after.
Is there a drink that’s a staff favorite?
It’s a close tie between the Lavender Latte, which features a soothing house-made syrup, and the Pandan Matcha, a brand-new addition this year. Its notes of vanilla and coconut have made it an instant favorite among the crew.
Thank you!
