We are but a few short days from the impending launch of BUT FIRST, COFFEE an intriguing new coffee cookbook authored by Jordan Michelman and Zachary Carlsen, co-founders of Sprudge. The book drops October 10th—you can pre-order now via all major booksellers, and be sure to follow us on Instagram for a series of exciting giveaways attached to pre-sale featuring Pacific Barista Series, Onyx Coffee Lab, Stumptown Coffee, and La Marzocco.

But First, Coffee comes out on October 10th, published by Union Square and Co., and pre-sale is open now across all major booksellers.

Today we’re thrilled to announce a set of live events to help promote the book across the country! We’re teaming up with a few of our favorite bookshops, coffee companies, chefs and venues to bring But First, Coffee on the road in a major way. Here’s our first set of events!

We have so much awesome stuff planned for each of these events, from a live podcast taping with TASTE at Rizzoli Bookstore in Manhattan to a Con Panna bar with Equator Coffees at the San Francisco Coffee Festival to a truly immersive and special coffee dinner with chef Kevin Smith at Seattle’s Beast & Cleaver. We want to invite everyone to come see us on the road, check out the book, and try some delicious coffee with us. There may even be select special appearances by Sprudge’s very own anthropomorphic coffee mascot Buzzy The Bean.

Advance ticketing is now available for a few of these events! Please check our social media for updates on ticketing and events, and we’ll add more links as ticketing continues to go live.
