Can you feel it? The thrill of the build is building. And in a matter of mere hours we’ll be kicking off the 2025 season of the Build-Outs of Coffee with unbelievable new cafe features from all over the globe.
But it’s not too late for you to submit!
Submissions remain open (for now!) for the 2025 season of Build-Outs of Coffee. This feature series is a beloved annual tradition here at Sprudge, featuring new cafes recently opened or under construction all around the world. We love brick and mortars, we love mobile carts, we love remodels, we love it all.
This year’s early submissions period has been historically busy, and frankly unprecedented in the heaving annals of Build-Outs lore. Due to truly overwhelming demand we may be forced to close this year’s submission window a bit early, just so we can accommodate all the eager entries.
The series kicks off next week, and we’ll run fresh Builds from all around the world through September—it is extremely likely we’ll break the internal record for Most Build-Outs Run in a Season this year, and we’re thrilled to have you be a part of it. As a reminder, we’re accepting build-out submissions for new cafes that opened at any point in 2025. We are also accepting submissions for cafes presently under construction, with plans to open at any point in 2025. Entries are welcome from any corner of the earth, big cities and small towns, mobile units and bricks-and-mortars, and all point in-between.
