The 2026 World Coffee Championships season is filling out nicely. Following news earlier this year that the 2026 World Barista Championship would be taking place at World of Coffee Panama and the 2026 World Latte Art Championship would occur at the newly rebranded World of Coffee San Diego (nee SCA Expo), the Specialty Coffee Association has announced the host locations for four more World Coffee Championships.
Made public via press release Wednesday, July 30th, the four events will take place at the Asian and European stops for the 2026 World of Coffee. In May, Bangkok, Thailand will host the World Cup Tasters Championship. Then, the following month, Brussels, Belgium will be the home of three World-level events: the World Brewers Cup, World Coffee Roasting Championship, and World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship.
The only competition remaining to be scheduled is the World Cezve/Ibrik Championship.
The full schedule of 2026 World Coffee Championships already announced are as follows:
April 10–12, 2026: World Latte Art Championship – San Diego, California
May 7–9, 2026: World Cup Tasters Championship – Bangkok, Thailand
June 25–27, 2026: World Brewers Cup, World Coffee Roasting Championship, World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship – Brussels, Belgium
