San Alberto Coffee has become vertically integrated with its particular Coffee Temple Concept. Beautiful coffee shops, which portray with detail the essence of the brand, submerging the visitor into a world of tradition, technique and off course, into an origin (Buenavista, Colombia, where the farm is located). In its sixth temple located in Bogotá Colombia, the concept goes beyond.
An iconic house with more than 5000 square feet, encompasses the lively purple color that represents San Alberto and its contemporary vibe, with beautiful classic and refined elements incorporated into the architecture. As always the heart of the shop is the coffee bar which uses a Marzocco GB5, but as usual, the brewing methods brewed at the table expand the reach of the coffee experience.
On the outside the two terraces capitalize the sunny and warm mornings of Bogota, once in the inside, the beautiful wood staircase pairs harmonically with a cold brew tower put on top of a round marble table. The house has enough space to guarantee multiple ambiances and purposes of the visit. On the first floor the chimney makes a significant impact, equilibrating the eastern part of the house, opposite to the coffee bar. A beautiful boutique with a prominent purple wall and a large wood shelf exhibits a large assortment of innovative coffee-based products developed by the brand. On the second floor, apart from two very cozy spaces separated by adobe brick arch, one can find a silent, private interior patio. But what really stands out upstairs is the laboratory or sensorial Atelier were the signature coffee experiences of San Alberto take place.
The very elegant space has a prominent large black sintered stone table. The whole house is elegant, warm and full of attractive details. En just of couple of months this place has become a must visit for coffee lovers.
