Available exclusively at the Wynn and Encore Resort pools (and retailing for a cool $19), the Solar Power harnesses the strength of adaptogenic mushrooms alongside cold brew and vanilla. How is the Solar Power prepared?
We mix La Colombe Cold Brew Coffee with Madagascar Vanilla, a mix of adaptogenic reishi and lion’s mane mushrooms, cacao, maca, cinnamon, and heart-healthy almond milk, and serve it over ice.
With all of those adaptogens, what does the Solar Power taste like?
Solar Power tastes like a delicious cold brew coffee with flavors of vanilla and cacao that balance perfectly with the earthiness of the maca and mushroom. The coffee is lightly sweetened and served ice cold, so it is very refreshing.

Is this the first zero-proof coffee cocktail for Wynn?
The Solar Power is the first zero-proof coffee beverage that is designed with adaptogens for our wellness program, Wynn Living Well. I wanted the Solar Power to mimic the flavors of an Espresso Martini, while keeping it zero-proof, so I kept that profile in mind and tried to impart balance, depth of flavor, and nuance while creating it.
