Valentine’s Day approacheth, and with it, a taste and visual appreciation for all things pink.
Hugo Cano is the owner and founder of Amberson Coffee in Indianapolis, which just so happens to be one of the most interesting coffee scenes in the United States right now. Cano and his team at Amberson have crafted a new signature beverage just in time for the Valentine’s Day season: a spin on their popular Hunnymilk Latte with an infusion of rose tisane from the folks at Onyx Coffee Lab.
The drink is available for one day only: Friday, February 4th. Consider this a very limited engagement for On The Menu, but who knows, perhaps this simple twist of a drink from Amberson will inspire pastel pink hunnymilks to radiate out from the Hoosier State. We can only hope.

Rose Hunnymilk—that just *sounds* delicious. Tell us about your signature drink!
The Rose Hunnymilk Latte is a take on our signature Hunnymilk Latte, which is a latte made with milk infused with honey and white flowers. The Rose version forgoes the white flowers and is infused with Onyx Coffee Lab’s Rose Tisane instead. The drink is then topped with cardamom-rose petal sugar. It’s a very balanced drink, with a distinct honey flavor and a subtly pleasing rose flower aftertaste.
