Greet the Horizon
The Horizon is an upcoming innovation from Acaia and Swiss Barista Champion, Mathieu Theis. We’ve been running pre-launch events across the globe to let our community try it firsthand. This calendar includes small workshops at the upcoming SCA San Diego event. The Horizon, the first of its kind, leverages industrial depressurizing technology to redefine the brewing process. Taste the results to understand a new landscape of clarity and flavor. The Horizon will be released next month.
The Horizon has also been accepted for the Best New Product award, so we invite you to try it out at the booth and vote for it in the People’s Choice Award.
