Check Out Flight Coffee’s Striking New Denim Aprons

mavis-osborn-logo

The New Zealand Barista Championship is just a few days away, and from the little land of wonders that is Wellington comes this new line of “made to measure” aprons by Flight Coffee and local clothier Mavis & Osborn. These heavy-duty aprons are made of denim with “solid nickel fittings,” as modeled by Flight Coffee Hangar managers Kris Gillian and & Twyla Bell.

Proudly made in New Zealand by Tamzin Hawkins, whose Mavis & Osborn Clothier loft is located just a few blocks down Dixon Street from the Flight Coffee Hangar, these aprons have a timeless appeal. They’re currently on sale for $120 NZD via Flight Coffee’s webstore.

Here’s more pictures from this charming photo session, shot by photographer Mia Gorczynski in the dramatic environs of Mount Victoria, in the heart of Wellington.
