We’re digging this new video out of Flight Coffee, home to 2013 WBC finalist and NZ national barista champion Nick Clark. The short film walks us through a day in the life of the Flight Coffee Hangar, from the in-house baker and roaster who arrive in the cold gray pre-dawn, to the morning coffee routine on their rainbow-wrapped Slayer espresso machine, shifting into that evening’s cocktail bar service. The video isย all-Welly affair as well, with production by Wellington’s Ten Two Films, featuring music by the city’s own No Problemos.
As a side note, we may or may not be sitting on a pretty exciting announcement regarding Sprudge in Wellington later this year. Stay tuned.
