Last summer we launched a seasonal feature called “Build-Outs Of Summer“, in which we profiled six new specialty coffee spaces under construction: Artifact Coffee in Baltimore; Gaslight Coffee Roasters in Chicago; the new Counter Culture Coffee Training Center in Boston; Everyman Espresso SoHo in New York City; and Tandem Coffee Roasters in Portland, Maine. This year we’re doing it again, and we need your help.
Are you putting in long hours of construction towards a new cafe? Is your favorite roaster expanding to a new location? This is an open call for our 2013 edition of Build-Outs of Summer – we want you to email us with hot deets on new spots under construction for a series of features that will run all summer long on Sprudge.com.
Send your scoops to BuildOuts@Sprudge.com. This could be the launching pad for your grand venture, or a way to point the world towards an exciting new project. This call for submissions is in no way limited to North America – we welcome entries from Europe, Asia, Antarctica, wherever (although in Australia and New Zealand, we’ll have to call it “Fit Outs of Winter”).
