Cartel Roasting Co.: KENYA IBONIA ESTATE AB

Located near Kiambu, Kenya, Ibonia Estate sits at 1,725 meters, where fertile volcanic soils and a cool climate slow cherry maturation and enhance cup quality. Handpicked cherries are fermented, washed, and carefully dried. The estate also prioritizes environmental stewardship through water recirculation and preservation of its natural forest ecosystem and native wildlife.
Partners Coffee: Kenya – Rianjagi AA

This wonderful AA lot from the Rianjagi cooperative in Embu County captures one of the profiles we love in Kenyan coffees. Ripe blackberry and sweet clementine, golden raisin, molasses, and candied ginger come together in a delightful, super drinkable cup.
Stumptown Coffee: Honduras El Puente Natural

The natural process lot from Finca El Puente brings out full-bodied, syrupy sweetness with notes of dark chocolate, dark berry jam, and brown sugar.
Equator Coffees: Colombia Jardines del Encanto

Produced by the meticulous team at Jardines del Encanto, this complex, fruity Sidra represents the pinnacle of quality from Quindío, the heart of Colombian coffee innovation. 10% of sales from this and other Colombian single origins will support a relief fund with Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia (FNC), providing direct financial support to communities impacted by the Colombian earthquake as they rebuild and recover.
Klatch Coffee: Colombia Ombligon Red Dragon Washed Thermo-Shock

Though we’re no strangers to unique varietals or experimental processing methods, this marks the first time Klatch Coffee has carried the Ombligon varietal. The thermo-shock process yields flavor notes of rose, sweet jasmine and hibiscus with undertones of tart and tangy acidity, fruity and berry-like. If you enjoy Geisha, try the Ombligon varietal!
Night Swim Coffee: San Vicente Yogondoy

A washed coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico – this coffee boasts notes of peach pie, brown sugar, and root beer.
Portland Coffee Roasters: OPBEANS

Introducing OPBEANS (pronounced O-P-Beans), our brand-new collaboration with Oregon Public Broadcasting! OPBEANS is a 100% women-produced, washed organic coffee from Honduras with tasting notes of brown sugar and apple.
8th & Roast Coffee Co: Hambella Station

This coffee is a classic Ethiopian washed coffee, sourced from Wondafrash’s only washing station—the Hambella Station—which sits at about 2300 masl in the Hambella district of Guji. The cherries for this coffee are collected from around 40 nearby smallholder farmers in the area. After processing, they are dried on raised African beds for 8-12 days. In the cup, you’ll find bright and refreshing notes of Peach Rings, Honeydew, and Black Cherry!
Devoción: Verano Blend

Our seasonal summer blend, Verano, is back. Originally developed for cold brewing in our New York coffee shops, this blend of natural and washed process coffees brews a balanced cup with any method, from a bright, juicy pour over to a full-bodied French press or espresso. Bursting with tart, sweet notes of ripe berries and rounded out by a rich, creamy milk chocolate body, Verano is made for easy sipping all summer long.
La Barba Coffee: Ecuador | Hacienda La Papaya | Typica Natural

Sweet, fruity, and perfectly balanced. This is a coffee that’s easy to drink fast but is certainly worth savoring, with a strong strawberry character alongside a stonefruit (apricot) notes.
Blueprint Coffee: Nairobi AA, Kenya

This season, we asked our partners Royal New York to help us source a coffee that would fit well in our “Tangy” profile. We were looking for a bright and juicy cup, with a citrusy zip supported by a structured complexity. This offering comes from a number of small farms, mostly in Nyeri county; it beautifully exemplifies the classic washed Kenyan profile.
Verve Coffee Roasters: Long Play Decaf

Sourced from high-elevation growing regions in Huila and Cauca, this blend combines washed and natural coffees, including Pink Bourbon, sourced from some of Colombia’s most celebrated varieties. Decaffeinated using the natural Sugar Cane process, the coffee retains sweetness, texture, and aromatic complexity while delivering a clean, satisfying finish.
Onyx Coffee Lab: Colombia Juan Jimenez Gesha

Juan is a second-generation farmer who has been cultivating coffee for over 40 years on his 16-hectare farm, El Porvenir, in Palestina, Huila. His expertise and early investment in the Pink Bourbon cultivar have earned him recognition and awards within the specialty coffee community, so we are excited to continue working alongside Juan to roast this small batch of his Gesha variety.
Presta Coffee Roasters: Peru – Gilmer Cordova – Finca Ecologica – Huabal – Gesha

Grown by Gilmer Mejia Cordova at Finca Ecológica Agua Colorada in Cajamarca, Peru, this Gesha showcases the region’s high elevations, fertile soils, and organic farming practices. Hand-picked and traditionally washed, it highlights the variety’s elegant floral aromatics, bright acidity, and refined sweetness. A Gesha from this farm placed 6th in Peru’s 2017 Cup of Excellence.
Joe Coffee Company: Cafè Feminista
