In the cup we got mouth-watering notes of dried strawberry, grape candy, and star jasmine. Takes it from us, this coffee as a pour over is a special event.
Joe Coffee Company

Joe Coffee: Lincoln Center โSummertime in New York City is an especially celebratory timeโafter a long winter and an all-too-short spring, the city transforms into an outdoor playground, bursting with the renewed energy of a community eager to reconnect. Designed to capture the unique spirit of the season, Lincoln Center is a juicy, dynamic coffee, perfect for summertime sipping. Weโre proud to introduce this first-annual seasonal coffee in celebration of Lincoln Centerโsย Summer for the City, a festival which unites the community through the arts.
Especially delicious on ice, Lincoln Center is a washed lot from the Turihamwe womenโs group in Ngozi, Burundi. This coffeeโs quality shines through from the moment itโs ground, revealing florals, citrus, and brown sugar complexity. As you sip, it blossoms into something greater than the sum of its parts, with notes of ripe peach, tart tangerine, raspberry jam, and a grounding black tea bitterness to make the sweetness even more dynamic and memorable.
$1 from each bag of Lincoln Center sold will support Lincoln Center and Lincoln Centerโsย Young Artist Pipelineย program in service of the next generation of artists and creators. The Young Artist Pipeline is a foundational arts training program for upper elementary and middle school students interested in developing craft and technique in a chosen art form, learning about the professional arts world, and potentially auditioning for and attending a screened arts high school. Pipeline seeks to address the opportunity gap that many students experience due to the prohibitive cost of training in the arts,ย andย helpย create a sense of community and belonging at Lincoln Center.
Madcap Coffee Company

Madcap Coffee Company: RekoโOne of Madcap’s most well-known single origin offerings gets its namesake from the Reko mountain and the Reko coffee washing station. In the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, Reko mountain is a tall, thin peak whose name translates to โchallenge,โ referring to the arduous task of summiting the cliffs. The coffee producers here have adopted its symbolic value to refer to their challenge of cultivating and processing the best coffee in the region. The coffee here is marked by its floral, tea-like, and complex quality. Even among world-class coffees, Reko is the sparkling gem of washed Ethiopian flavor. 2024 marks our eleventh year purchasing Reko, with this seasonโs lot gifting us notes of lemon candy, juicy peach, and turbinado sugar.
Monogram Coffee

Monogram Coffee: Don Isaias, Huila, Colombia โThis Pink Bourbon from Don Isaias is a testament of hard work and striving to always improve. Don Isaias and local workers ferment the cherry for three days after harvest then dry for ten to fourteen days. The cup is well balanced with chocolate and fruit notes.
Mr. Espresso

Mr. Espresso: Italian Espresso TrioโA Trio of Italian Classics. Return to the place where espresso began with Mr. Espresso’s trio of regionally inspired blends from Tuscany, Trieste and Naples. The elegant medium-roast Tuscan offers sweet chocolate and butterscotch notes; the light-roast Triestino has complexity of nut and fruit; and the companyโs medium-dark signature Neapolitan delivers dark chocolate, hazelnut and caramel.
Night Swim Coffee

Night Swim Coffee: Las Guacamayas – NaturalโWe Taste: Tropical Fruits, Caramel Cream, Syrupy This 100% Yellow Bourbon lot from Nehemias Pimentel and Hugo Pineda is a sundried, anaerobically fermented coffee. All coffee must go through some process that removes the seed (coffee bean) from the fruit (cherry-like) it resides in. Then the isolated seed undergoes some period of fermentation before it is cleaned up, dried out, and packed into bags for shipping to folks like us! A washed coffee is typically depulped mechanically and washed with clean water. A natural coffee is typically left in its fruit during the fermentation and drying process before being depulped mechanically.
The result of the anaerobic fermentation on this lot from Jutiapa is a sweet, fruity, and syrupy coffee that reminds us of tropical fruits and caramel cream.
Olympia Coffee Roasters

Olympia Coffee: Sweeetheart, Brazil Serra Dos Ciganos NaturalโWe obsess over perfecting Sweetheartโs roast profile, creating a sweet, balanced coffee with beautiful flavor clarity.

PERC Coffee

PERC Coffee:ย Honduras La EsmeraldaโWeโre back with another coffee from our pals at La Esmeralda in Honduras. The last coffee we sourced from them was so awesome that we had to come back for more. This lot is naturally processed, which contributes to its fruitier flavors in the cup. The first thing youโll notice about La Esmerelda is the aroma. It has a strawberry candy-like scent (think Twizzlers.) In the cup, you get tons of sweetness with flavors that remind us of red fruit, marshmallows, and cacao, and a sweet finish that will have you coming back for refills all day.
