You want cream and sugar with your coffee? Boring! There is a blog on the Internet dedicated to outrageous coffee additives that make for some curious concoctions! It’s been around for quite some time but for some reason, it’s been off our radar! It’s been around for a while and we’ve got a lot of catching up to do.

How about putting blood sausage in your Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend for Halloween?

The whole thing is run by a fellow named Phronk from London, Ontario. Phronk, or Mike in real life, is a PhD in Psychology and when he’s not crafting spooky brews he’s blogging here and here.

More about PWTIC from Phronk:

This is a blog about putting weird things in coffee. I drink coffee every day, but get bored with the same old cream and sugar. I figured I might as well document my experiments for the benefit of all humankind.

Dr. Phronk’s mixtures aren’t always gut-busters. Sometimes they sound downright delicious! Like adding Twix candy bars to coffee. Yes, please! Make mine a double! From the experience, Phronk likened it to the Tim Tam Slam, a delicious coffee-and-cookie combo that you can try for yourself at any number of Australian coffee retailers, or at Toby’s Estate in Brooklyn.
