Natural wine is simply wine, as it has always been made. Across Portugal, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and beyond, we have invited some of the wine world’s most revered producers to show Lisbon what natural winemaking means to them.

For the second edition of Pura Sede, iconic producers such as Patrick Bouju, Partida Creus, Lammidia, Martin Worner, Raphael Monnier Ratapoil, Cantina Furlani and La Perdida will be pouring their wines and exchanging their philosophies with professionals, enthusiasts, and fellow winemakers.

With a limited capacity of 450 attendees, we are very much looking forward to assembling Europe’s natural wine community in Lisbon, to share our thirst for purity.

ABOUT PURA SEDE

Pura Sede is the brainchild of Florian Tonello (Ladidadi Wines) and Clara Higham-Stoianova (Sips Berlin), who launched the first edition in March 2020, welcoming more than 40 winemakers and 350 attendees.

After arriving in Lisbon in 2019 from Berlin, where Florian was already
importing natural wines as Ladidadi, they quickly realised that amongst the numerous wine fairs in Portugal, there was no one salon 100% dedicated to natural wine.

As more restaurants, bars and distributors began catering to an already thirsty natural wine community in Lisbon, Pure Sede was able to bring new wines and fresh faces to this dynamic discussion. In 2022 the idea is to take this exchange even further, uniting Portugal’s pioneering natural wine producers with a European collective of producers, professionals and aficionados.
