Pistachio is Having a Moment
Pistachio milk is on the rise, celebrated for its nutty sweetness and creamy texture that steams beautifully for latte art. Pistachio milk has grown 27.3% over the past year, with a 57.6% increase in social media mentions, underscoring its growing popularity among consumers. Research also shows 13% of consumers are willing to pay more for pistachio milk and 30% are more likely to visit cafés offering it.
