The wonderful Michael Elvin is the proud papa of a brand new coffee cart named Bar Francis. It’s located at Northern, the gallery space / all ages Olympia venue, and they’re serving Four Barrel Coffee according to Yelp. Michael Elvin has built himself a coffee cart called Bar Francis and parked it at Northern. It is open everyday from 7:00 AM to noon, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekends. Mr. Elvin has won numerous awards as a barista-for-hire. Now he’s in a permanent location, so catch him because you can.
