KOS Coffee Expands Service Areas Through Southeast & Western United States

Orlando, FL (January 7, 2025) — KOS Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster with headquarters in Orlando, FL has announced the expansion of their rapidly growing service division. Initially started to support their wholesale roasting customers with equipment servicing needs, KOS has now expanded their service division to non–wholesale clients throughout the Southeast, and Western United States.

Currently KOS has service technicians throughout the Southeast United States, and in Salt Lake City, UT, giving them geographic access to provide service to customers coast to coast. KOS prides themselves on high level customer service, approachable pricing, and quick response times, on top of providing new equipment sales through a variety of espresso partners on a nationwide level.

KOS heavily promotes their preventative maintenance program, which keeps their clients on top of water filtration replacements and follows manufacture guidelines on bi–yearly and yearly parts replacements.
