My wife and I love coffee, love cooking, and love entertaining! We also enjoy branding and thought the entertainment portion of our home should be branded with serious gear and capacity. Since our address is 29 Willow in a downtown part of Montreal, we opted for W29 as our brand.
Our Kitchen is branded as Pantry W29 and our caffe section is branded as Caffe W29 (we even have branded cups). We went with a modern Dalla Corte Pro because of the superior technical specifications as well as the stunning curved stainless matches our kitchen appliances.
We rounded that with a robust mahlkonig grinder and convenient espro tamper and leveler. Add our commercial blender (Vitamix), juicer (Sunkist), fridge and ice machine and we can produce fantastic quality in vigorous quantity and splendid style!!
