Statement: We started The Coffee Ride in Boulder Co. 10 years ago, with a goal of making people happy delivering freshly roasted coffee around the city of boulder by bicycle. To get our brand out into the world we would brew a few airpots of coffee and head out onto the bike path to give free coffee away to commuters. For 2 years straight we continued this tradition and even partnered with a local bike shop that was also trying to connect with like-minded potential customers, and gave away free bike tune ups, coffee and donuts. On September 20th of this year, we wanted to get back to our roots and create something special and unexpected for the people of Boulder. We hiked 6 gallons of water and scrambled our way up to the top of the 2nd flatiron, so we could open up a little mountain top pop-up coffee shop and share a cup of our newly launched instant coffee and the sunrise with those getting in their morning activity before work. For two hours we delighted climbers with an unexpected and delicious cup of coffee, conversations, snacks, and everything you’d expect from a normal coffee shop; all at 7,100 feet. We had an amazing day connecting with our community and hope that you all enjoy the photos as well. Thank you.
