It’s that time again: The 2015 World Barista Championship is now upon us, bringing 49 of the world’s best baristas to Seattle, Washington, for a no-holds-barred tournament of coffee prowess. A points-based tournament of rounds, Round 1 at the WBC begins Thursday, April 9th, at 8:15 a.m. PST. On Saturday, April 11th, we’ll see the Semi-Finals round of 12 before the field is whittled down to just six competitors on Finals Sunday, April 12th.
