The Roasting Room Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

We invite you to the opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the Roasting Room, a sanctuary for coffee aficionados and entrepreneurs alike.

The Roasting Room by Buunni, a co-roasting and coffee education and training space, is intentionally located in the Bronx and will be the first of its kind in the borough.

Buunni’s new state-of-the-art roasting facility is equipped with two Loring Kestrel S35 machines (one dedicated to organic roasting), commercial grinders, packing machines, and plenty of production space. Perfect for small businesses, startups, or anyone looking to experiment with roasting without the heavy investment.
This is the latest venture from Elias Gurmu and Sarina Prabasi, who co-founded Buunni Coffee in 2012. Clients at The Roasting Room will have access to state of the art equipment, specialty coffee expertise and training, as well as a growing network of colleagues to learn from and share with.
