Cata Latina!
¡Ven a catar café de especialidad con la comunidad latina! Empezaremos con una breve explicación de cómo catar y evaluar café. Ampliaremos nuestro vocabulario cafetero y entrenaremos nuestro paladar. Si nunca has catado, no te preocupes, este ejercicio es para explorar los sabores y expresiones del café en español.
Cataremos tres cafés usando el formulario del SCA, y luego tendremos una discusión sobre la cualidades de cada café.
Reglas de conducta durante la catación
Durante la Cata Latina, solo hablaremos en español
Cataremos en silencio. Favor de guardar la conversación para después de la evaluación de café.
No usar perfumes ni productos personales con aroma
Habrán escupideras disponibles. Favor de no poner las escupideras encima de la mesa de cata.

Come cup specialty coffee with the Latin community! We will expand our coffee vocabulary and train our palates. If you’ve never cupped before, don’t worry – this is an exercise to explore the flavors and expressions of coffee in Spanish.
We’ll cup three coffees using the SCA form, then have a discussion about the qualities of each coffee.
Rule of conduct during the cupping:
During the Cata Latina, we will only speak in Spanish
We will cup in silence. Please save the conversation till after the coffee has been evaluated.
Please do not use any perfumes or scented products
We will have spittoons available. Please do not put spittoons on the cupping table.
