Backbar at Sussex Terrace
We’re excited to announce the first in a new series of Tasting Events at our Sussex Terrace Brew Bar. This week we’ll explore one of our favourite growing regions: Santa Ana in El Salvador.
We’ll explore terroir, process, variety and altitude to get a full 360 perspective of what this region is all about and why we love it so much. We’ll brew a number of espressos, filters and milk drinks, as well as one or two other surprises, to help show the full gambit of what Santa Ana has to offer.
When we opened our doors in 2009 we had a number of options from Ernesto Menendez and his coffees will feature heavily this weekend, as will those of Carmen & Rafael Da Silva and a few other favourites over the years from the region.
Each guest will also take home a 3fe goodie bag to sweeten the deal. This is a ticket event with only 6 seats per hourly session so book early to avoid disappointment. See you Saturday!
