Hot Stuff Roastery Pop-Up at Café Odessa
Join us at Café Odessa (Montreal) on Sunday, August 4th for the FIRST Pop-Up of Hot Stuff, a new lesbian-owned, Nordic-style roastery.
Hot Stuff (est. 2024) is a new roastery founded by Tanisha Arthur, coffee expert and co-owner of Café Odessa. After over a decade of experience working for leaders in the field, coffee consulting (notably and most recently for the expansive Variety Coffee Roasters in New York City), and managing then co-owning the Montreal multi-roaster café Odessa, Arthur launched a project that they’ve been reaching for many years: a roastery devoted to Nordic-style coffee. Axed on coffee education accessibility, consulting, and transparent buying practices, Hot Stuff aims to bridge the knowledge gap between the consumers and purveyors of specialty coffee.
From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, café Odessa will be serving Hot Stuff espresso and filter exclusively. Drinks include standard espresso-based and filter, as well as cold brew served with the optional cold top (cardamom-infused cold foam). Retail coffee and exclusive merch will also be on sale!
