That Wush Wush is so hot right now. Wush Wush. Recently, four different roasters across two continents got together to simultaneously release a very limited quantity—a total of 500 box sets were made, 125 from each roaster–of the Wush Wush processed three ways: washed, honeyed, and natural.

And MAME in Zürich, Switzerland is holding a pretty special cupping of this incredibly rare coffee this weekend. This Sunday, April 30th, the cafe started by 2015 Swiss Barista Champion Emi Fukahori will be holding a tasting consisting of three of the four Wush Wush box sets.

At the cupping will be box sets from Australia’s Proud Mary and Grace and Taylor and England’s Assembly Coffee. Only Flight Coffee won’t be represented on the table. It’s a pretty rare chance to taste a coffee varied across multiple axes side-by-side to see how both roast and processing affect the flavor profile in the cup. Seeing how Fukahori snatched up .6% of all the box sets created, it is safe to say that this is one of only a very limited number of such cuppings that will happen in the world, if not the only one.

The cupping begins at 11:30AM on Sunday, April 30th. Tickets for the event cost 30 CHF (basically $30 USD). For more information on MAME’s Wush Wush cupping, visit their Facebook event page.
