Modbar cominโ€™.

Tonight in Baltimore, Keffa Coffee is teaming up with the under-counter espresso machine maker for some hands on learning about pressure profiling in Keffaโ€™s brand new SCA(A) certified lab.

Keffa is hot on the heels of a fantastic showingย at the US Coffee Championships qualifying event in Knoxville last weekend, where all three of their competitors made it to nationals (with founder Samuel Demisse of course taking first in Cup Tasters), and their wealth of knowledge on all things coffee will be supplemented by that of Modbarโ€™s Will Frith. Together, theyโ€™ll be discussing profiling vis-ร -vis the Modbar as well as taking a look at some of the inner-workings of low pressure profiling.

And after youโ€™ve crammed your head full of new knowledge, stick around and cram your belly full of food and drinks during the throwdown following shortly after the discussion.

Everything gets going at 5:00pm tonight with the throwdown starting at 7:00pm. And the best part is, itโ€™s free to attend. For more information and to register to attend, visit the Eventbrite page here.

The Keffa/Modbar Event takes place tonight, January 27th starting at 5:00pm at Keffa Coffee Importers on 7 South High Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
