On Wednesday, the New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association will be hosting “Chat with the Champs,” a night of coffee and conversation with four of New Zealand’s sitting coffee champions. Open to competition hopefuls and coffee neophytes alike, the event will grant attendees access to the inner workings of coffee competitions as told by those with firsthand experience and will allow them the rare opportunity to taste each of the champions’ winning beverages.

Taking place at Cerebos in Auckland’s Newmarket suburb, Chat with the Champs “is an eventful coffee evening with current national coffee champions in their respected fields where you not only get to hear insight on their experience and journey to the World Coffee Competitions but you get to get a taste of what these competitions are really about with group sessions with all of the champions during the night.”
