HOST Milan has come to a close and with it so too has this leg of the 2021 World Coffee Championships. Three new champions were crowned over the past four days—one each in the World Barista Championship, World Brewers Cup, and World Cup Tasters—in what has undeniably been exciting coffee action.
There’s still much to unpack about all that transpired over the weekend, but that’s for later. Right now is for celebrating all the hard word put forth by the 16 Finalists from today’s competitions. So without further ado, here are the winners of the 2021 World Coffee Championships in Milan, Italy.
World Barista Championship
