Women in Coffee is a gathering for women across the coffee industry to come together, connect, share ideas, celebrate one another, and build the kind of community that helps all of us grow. Whether you work behind the bar, in roasting, green coffee, education, operations, sales, design, or somewhere entirely your own, this event is for you. We view gender expansively and encourage folks who identify adjacently or differently to women to join us at Women in Coffee.

Join us for an afternoon of inspiring programming with some incredible women, a vendor village full of beautiful things, natural wine, snacks, take-away goodies, and plenty of time to meet new people and reconnect with familiar faces.

We’re thrilled to welcome

Sarah Dooley (Beanz), and
Cait Rifkin (Tiny Sidecar) to the stage for a panel packed with wisdom, laughs, and probably a few hot takes. Nibble on charcuterie from Adore Boards, sip your way through wine and ready-to-drink bevvys, and get hands-on with live chainstitch embroidery from Soothefolk, a postcard board for scribbling notes to your coffee besties, raffles galore, and free totes for the first 150 people through the door (yes, you’ll want to be early for this one).
