Wilmington Coffee Fest
Wilmington Coffee Fest has opportunities for both industry professionals and the general public to connect with the best coffee roasters, unique coffee shops, tea suppliers, and more, while also supporting local non-profits. Friday, September 26th starting at 1:00 pm we’re hosting a professional development day for the industry. Tastings featuring coffees from Artisan Coffee Imports, Balzac Brothers, ICT and La Minita will be on the table and we’ll be supported with equipment from GH Grinding and Brewing Solutions and La Marzocco. We’ll also host a roundtable discussion addressing issues roasters are facing in the current coffee market and finish the afternoon with a judged coffee competition. Heading into the evening, we kick off the festival with our 4th annual Latte Art Throwdown at Azalea Station. Cheer on your local baristas as they compete for the title of the best latte art champion. This event is free and open to the public.
Saturday, September 27th at 9:00 am – 3:00 pm join us for Wilmington Coffee Fest Street Fair on South 15th Street, between Castle Street and Queen Street. Meet the people behind your favorite brew, discover new coffee shops and roasters too.
