Sacramento’s Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters are throwing a dinner party on July 27th with one of the city’s hottest young culinary bucks at the helm. Chef Aimal Formoli‘s menu really has us buzzing, and why? Because each of the four courses is made with coffee!
Sprudge.com received an exclusive inside look at some of the dishes Aimal Formoli is cooking up for this event, and they sound fabulous. Think meats smoked with cascara and a salad built with a coffee and the fruits that grow on its farm. We can’t reveal the entire ensemble, so you’ll just have to take our word for it – this dinner sounds stunning.
