We feature new cafes under construction or recently built all over the country—heck, all over the world—here at Build-Outs, but one city that never fails to show up early and often on the Build-Outs calendar is Philadelphia. There is nowhere else in America quite like it, and in the summertime? You can’t beat it. Today we’re checking out a forthcoming Philly cafe called Greenstreet Coffee Co., a soon-to-be latest edition to the city’s legendary coffee scene.
