It’s almost time for the fall coffee switch from cold brew to something warmer. But are you burning out on your Pumpkin Spice Latte? Feast your eyes on the S’mores Gibraltar from Onyx Coffee Lab in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
This ooey gooey masterpiece was created by Brendon Gliddon, who posted an image of it on Instagram @brendar3000. Gliddon describes the drink as a “specially made smoked vanilla bean marshmallow, graham cracker, rimmed with Kyya dark chocolate and graham cracker dust.”
Goodness gracious. The drink underwent nearly a month of testing before its launch last Monday. Here’s a shot from the early beta period:
