1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey (Jameson, unless you’re actually Protestant, in which case you should use Bushmills and go fuck yourself for taking over Ireland)
1 1/2 ounces Irish cream liqueur (optional)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 to 4 tablespoons whipped heavy cream
And 1 cup of coffee (how about a blend? Try Stumptown’s Holler Mountain Blend or Counter Culture Coffee’s #46)
Repeat.
