HOPE Cafe For Tsunami Survivors

Yoshi Masuda rides to the far reaches of tsunami-ravaged Japan, armed with his record player and Chemex/grinder collection, and proceeds to make coffee for a population still struggling to rebuild their towns. It’s a stunning seven minutes full of hope, compassion and love. Filmmaker Mackenzie Sheppard:

A short vignette of Yoshi Masuda–a coffee enthusiast who is sharing his passion for coffee with victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.
