After two years of exhaustive Sprudge Lab research, we’ve successfully emulated the most popular frappé in the world: The Starbucks Frappuccino. The secret? Food additives!
Make the initial investment on bulk food grade chemicals, add a commercial blender, and prepare to climb aboard the Delicious Train to Frappuccino City!
You’ll find most of these ingredients at your local grocery store. There are some ingredients that you’ll have to source from Chinese manufacturers and online specialty spice depots (we suggest the Spice Mines of Kessel). As a service, we’ve provided you with links to our favorite chemical manufacturers and food-additive suppliers. Buy in bulk and save!
Sprudge.com’s Exclusive Unofficial Starbucks Frappuccino Recipe:
1st Step: Make the base!
2 c Whole Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Skim Milk Powder
1/4 c Cream
1/4 c Corn Syrup Solids
2 tbs Cocoa (Processed With Alkali)
2 tbs Algin (Kelp Extract)
1 tbs Sodium Caseinate (Milk Protein)
2 tsp Salt
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Carefully combine dry and wet and whisk together.
Don’t skip the algin and sodium caseinate! These are very important binding agents! Do you want your frappe to separate after sitting for a minute? Like fun you don’t!
2nd Step: Brew the Coffee!
Mix:
6 packets of Premium Instant Coffee
32 oz Water
Then, in a plastic pitcher, mix both the base and the coffee concentrate together. (Keeps for a week! For convenience and authenticity, we recommend buying food rotation labels).
3rd Step: Blend!
Fill a 16oz glass full of ice (to the top!)
Top with your frappé base.
Blend with a commercial BlendTec with Sound Enclosure
4th Step: Enjoy!
