Coava’s follow up to the Kone – the Disk. For Aeropress!

This is a stainless steel Aeropress filter manufactured by Coava Coffee. You could say that it’s a companion piece to their stainless steel Kone, but so far the results stand completely on their own. My very first Aeropress (using Coava’s Costa Rica Helsar and Ben’s inverted method) yielded surprising clarity and sweetness. Surprising because I assumed that my very first attempt would be awful.
