The world premiere of the much-anticipated A Film About Coffee happens this week in Seattle, Washington. Tickets are now available for the event taking place on April 26th at 7PM at the Downtown Seattle AMC Pacific Place 11, conveniently located just blocks away from the Washington State Convention Center, home to this weekend’s SCAA Event.

Filmmaker Brandon Loper traveled the world while developing A Film About Coffeevisiting farms in Rwanda and Honduras. Coffee luminaries James Freeman (Blue Bottle Coffee), Eileen Hassi (Ritual Roasters), and Peter Giuliano (SCAA) are featured in the film. Our event Cupping California at SFMOMA makes a cameo.

The coffee will be Stumptown’s Rwanda Huye Mountain brewed by Stumptown on site at the theatre. There will be a Q + A with the director, Brandon Loper and several of the people featured in the film after the screening.

Be among the first to see “A Film About Coffee” presented in 4k digital projection with Dolby 5.1 sound. While watching, enjoy one of the coffees featured in the film; sourced, roasted and brewed by Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Immediately following the film a Q + A will be held with director, Brandon Loper, and a few coffee people you’ll be introduced to in the film.
