Almost one year ago to the day we reported on the Ferrari with an espresso machine intertwined with the engine. Created by San Francisco’s Graffeo Coffee, the 1984 Ferrari 308 was custom outfitted with a La Pavoni lever espresso machine for what the company refers to as “the world’s most expensive espresso machine.”
Now, that Ferrari could be yours, thanks to the Graffeo Cafe Car Giveaway, and it’s free to enter.
The 1984 Ferrari 308 in rosso corsa red was the favorite car of former Graffeo owner Luciano Graffeo, who in his 80s, last year sold the company to Walter Haas, who then came up with the idea for the espresso supercar. “Long story short, I was talking with my creative team and we were just saying, wouldn’t it be funny if we bought a Ferrari and pulled espresso shots from the trunk?”
As we previously reported 1984 Ferrari 308s typically sell for anywhere between $75,000 and 125,000, and that’s before the customized espresso machine that’s been “intertwined with the V8 engine and the electric circuit.”
And now it could all be yours. All you have to do to enter is go to the contest page, enter your email address, zip code, and Instagram handle (you must also be following Graffeo on IG). And that’s it. No purchase required. Along with the Ferrari, the contest winner will also receive a “lifetime supply of Graffeo coffee,” which according to the fine print is “calculated as 1 pound/month for twenty (20) years based on current retail value of $26.00 per pound.” Which means I personally will not be entering because I don’t want to know what Graffeo is going to do to me in year 21.
You’ve got until this Friday, September 4th to enter. The winner will be drawn at random on September 8th and notified via email.
For more information, a full list of contest rules, or to enter, visit the Graffeo Cafe Car Giveaway official website.
