Duet Not Duel combines selections from each roaster. It marries Colombian producer Pedro Echavarria’s honey processed Chiroso variety, selected by Onyx, and Honduras producer Javier Fernandez’s Parainema natural, handpicked by Proud Mary. The result is a harmonious symphony of flavors, designed to perform exceptionally well with any brewing style or method.
