With a coastal modern sensibility, the space honors the traditions and community of Southern Shores, NC, blending clean lines with a curated, minimalist motif. Led by Neal Contracting and Nicole Peters Interiors of Modern Beach House, in collaboration with local makers, designers, and crafters, the space embraces organic materials, polished concrete floors, cypress & oak wood accents, and interior floor-to-ceiling windows that invite natural light. The interior features sleek furniture, muted tones, and subtle nods to the coastal surroundings.
The open-concept layout highlights a state-of-the-art roasting theatre where globally sourced direct relationship beans are roasted in-house. Additional features include a multi-functional training and quality lab, in-house fulfillment for both retail and wholesale and kitchen for scratchmade fare.
The atmosphere is both sophisticated and warm, offering a perfect balance of modern elegance and organic charm, ideal for coffee enthusiasts and design lovers alike.
