The Avensi Wave Coffee Collection was inspired from a daring vision to do the impossible: create beautiful, one-of-a-kind drinkware that also transforms the way we experience & enjoy coffee. The unconventional design harmonizes form & function: a scientifically performing interior that blends seamlessly with a mesmerizing exterior. It introduces a unique cup architecture that has never been successfully executed in the history of drinkware design… until now.
For thousands of years, normal cups have always been round and symmetrical.This standard shape makes the manufacturing methods MUCH simpler and cheaper. Traditional ceramic is rotated on a ceramic throwing wheel, while modern techniques use liquid clay poured into a mold, but these techniques don’t allow for complex internal shapes. This is why there’s never been a coffee cup that’s made to swirl and aerate effectively.
Handcrafted in both glass & ceramic, there’s nothing similar due to the complexity of manufacturing and steps required to make this one-of-a-kind design. At its core lies the innovation we call: Aeration Waves™. The anatomy of the Aeration Waves™ consists of 2-pairs of specially designed divergent ridges, that aerate the flavors for a completely new experience.
The Aeration Waves™ make this possible by forcing the coffee to follow a new flow pattern that introduces micro-bubbles as you swirl. These never-before-seen, meticulously engineered ridges within the cup don’t just hold your coffee; they breathe life into it.
The collection includes 3 distinct pieces. Perfect for both espresso & filter coffee, they’re designed to unlock coffee’s rich flavors while giving you a complete sensory experience unlike any drinkware you’ve ever used.
Cyclone Sensory Carafe – The Cyclone Sensory Carafe is unlike any coffee server you’ve ever seen. It redefines the coffee serving experience with its unparalleled design, featuring the Aeration Waves™ that enhance flavor release through swirling. The Aroma Peak inside the carafe is inspired by high-end wine decanters, allowing coffee to cascade over the peak as it brews, amplifying its aroma for a richer experience.
Aeresso – The Aeresso features an elegant domed shape, designed to bring out the bold, intense flavors of espresso while enhancing sweetness & body. With each swirl, the Aeration Wave ridges not only aerate the flavors but also mix the layers of your espresso for balanced flavor in every sip. No spoon needed. Available in both glass and limited edition ceramic.
Alto – The Alto Tasting Glass is designed to bring out the most delicate and nuanced flavors in your coffee. The wide, flared rim disperses coffee evenly across your palate, accentuating its brightness and body for a more vibrant flavor experience.
